Azad Tamaç is a highly skilled general surgeon with expertise in plastic surgery. After over eight years at the Medical University of Hannover, Germany’s largest transplant center, Dr. Tamaç has chosen to embark on a new chapter by opening his own practice, "Aestaticate." Focused on aesthetic surgery, the practice aims to merge surgical precision with a welcoming environment that prioritizes patient well-being.
For Aestaticate, I focused on shaping a cohesive, wellness-focused identity. The brand I developed exudes warmth and trust, making the practice feel inviting and supportive. Through the website and imagery, I translated this vision into a refined, animated and engaging user experience that seamlessly communicates Azads emphasis on quality and comfort.
Vision & Branding
While initially the practice was named "Aestheticate," we found that this name was challenging for clients to pronounce, leading us to a new approach that placed Azad Tamaç at the forefront of the brand. By using his first name prominently, we established a more approachable, personal brand image, where Azad himself became the trusted face of the practice.
Given that aesthetic treatments often touch on personal and intimate aspects of one's body image, it was essential to foster a sense of security and reassurance. The brand aimed to emphasize wellness over a clinical atmosphere, providing a calming, supportive space where clients could feel confident in their decisions. Key qualities like warmth, subtle femininity, and a personal connection with Azad were essential to the overall brand experience, making the practice feel inviting, approachable, and deeply client-centered.
Typography played a central role, with an elegant display font for headlines and a clean sans-serif for body text, creating a balanced and sophisticated aesthetic.
Website
In designing the website, we focused on a warm, personal aesthetic that mirrored the brand’s emphasis on comfort and elegance. The site featured an airy, uncluttered layout, which created a calm and pleasant browsing experience. The website also included animations and page transitions, adding sophistication without overwhelming the user. Every aspect, from the polished layout to the high-quality visuals, worked together to convey Aestaticate's high standards and premium quality.
